• Mr.M.Prabhakar Rao
    Chairman, NSL Group

    Mr. M Prabhakar Rao, the man behind the great vision, is the Chairman & Managing Director of Nuziveedu Seeds Pvt Ltd (NSPL), the largest seed company in India. He is also the Chairman of NSL Group with turnover of about INR 30 billion in the current financial year. Mr. Prabhakar Rao was a rank holder from Benaras Hindu University and Gold Medalist in Post Graduation in Agricultural Science with specialization in Agronomy. He is a member of Cotton Advisory Board constituted by the Textile Ministry. He was a member of Central Seed Certification Board for two terms. At present, he is in the governing board of Acharya NG Ranga Agriculture University, Andhra Pradesh. He provides valuable guidance to the team with his exceptional knowledge in the areas of cotton growing, quality, trading and pricing.

  • Ms. Asha Priya
    Director

    Ms. Asha Priya is a post graduate in Home Science. She stood university first in M.Sc in the year 1984. She holds post graduate diploma in journalism and diploma in Kuchipudi Dance. Presently, she is a Director in the board of Nuziveedu Seeds Ltd. She is having experience of over 20 years in Seed Business, In addition to her interest in supporting the rural poor in the fields of Education, Health and Rural Development. she has a keen interest in heritage preservation in the country. She provides support to ancient forms of dances, arts and spiritual centers, Being very sympathetic to economically backward young girls in rural areas, she is supporting and developing vocational training centers to help the young girls stand on their own feet.

  • Mr.Giridhar Myneni
    Vice Chairman and Whole time Director

    Mr. Giridhar Myneni has previously founded a management consulting firm, Apex Business Solutions, in the United States in 1997. Mr. Myneni has MBA from Florida State University, USA, M.S (International Trade) from the University of Georgia USA, and M.S (Agrl. Economics) from the Banaras Hindu University, India. He has also published several business articles in reputed international journals. Mr. Myneni has held consultant positions with Ernst & Young, Andersen Consulting/Accenture. Mr. Myneni has proven his leadership skills with 18 years of work experience in management consulting and systems implementation in different industries, including; high-tech, chemical, consumer products, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and defense. He has successfully delivered supply chain improvement projects and helped clients realize ROI on strategic initiatives, reduce TCO, increase both adaptability and customer satisfaction levels, and has improved metrics throughout client organizations. He has a strong supply chain background in both SCOR Model and CPFR, and has successfully implemented these concepts in client organizations. Mr. Myneni's clientele include; Chevron, Good Year, Sony, DuPont, Shell, Conoco Phillips, Millennium Chemicals, Hewlett & Packard, 3COM, Celestica, Ranbaxy, Caterpillar, Halliburton, United States Defense Logistics Agency, DitchWitch, RadiSys Rapistan DMAG etc.

  • Mr.Narsimharamulu Pantam
    Independent Director

    A post graduate in Commerce, a Chartered Accountant, a Law Graduate and a Fellow member of the Council of Arbitration, Mr. Narsimharamulu has been in the area of financial management for more than three decades. He was awarded “India CFO Awards – 2004” for excellence in Finance in Public Sector Undertaking in recognition of his exemplary contribution to the field of finance.

    As an independent director in the NSL Textiles board, he brings his unique experience in financial control and prudence to the organization.

  • Mr.Ramanna Anand
    Independent Director

    Mr. Ramanna Anand is a member of Development Council for Textile Machinery and Indian Textile Accessories & Machinery. He is the Chairman of Eastern Engineering Company (Bombay) Pvt. Limited, Nova Silk Pvt Limited and NCL Industries Limited. He is also Director on the Boards of Indo Count Industries Limited and Pranavaditya Spinning Mills Limited. His network with the global players and his deep insight into the worldwide textile and clothing market are very valuable assets for the organization.

  • Dr.P.R.Roy
    Independent Director

    Dr P.R. Roy is a PhD in textiles from the University Of Manchester, UK. He was former Group Chief Executive (Textiles) of Arvind Mills. He has over 40 years of rich experience in industry, research and teaching. He is an expert in textiles and is best known as “Father of Denim in India”. He has been the National President for Textile Association of India (TAI). Dr. Roy, as Management Consultant (Textiles), is currently advising various Textile Mills on various technical and managerial aspects. He is the member of the Board of Directors Malwa Group, Ludhiana.
    Apart from providing his valuable guidance as an independent director, he is also consulting our organization with his vast experience in textile business.

  • Mr.P.Ajay Kumar
    Director

    Mr. P. Ajay Kumar is a B. Tech in Textile Technology from Anna University. He has 32 years of experience in Textile Manufacturing, marketing, international sourcing and supplies. He has worked in different capacities viz. Technical Assistant, Sales Engineer, Senior Sales Engineer and Head of Branch operations in various textile organizations.

  • Mr.C.H.Appa Rao
    Director

    Mr. Ch.Appa Rao is a Commerce Graduate and Fellow of Indian Institute of Insurance. He has more than 30 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. He has successfully implemented a number of projects for NSL group in general and NSL Textiles in particular. He is the key person involved in areas like administration, coordination, and Liasioning with various government departments and agencies. He also provides his valuable guidance to the HR team of the organization.
